"This image was front and center in an email I received from Kickstarter promoting a comic book campaign called "Flesh Eating Cheerleaders from Outer Space #2". I realize that she was supposed to be infected by parasitic space worms, but she looks more like an android constructed of spare mannequin parts by a space worm that doesn't understand basic human anatomy."

I think she's at a carnival and in one of those things where you stick your head through a hole to look like your head is on another body, except this is like an entire lower-half painting and she's sticking her upper half through the hole and cleverly covering it up for the camera with her arm.
